•  Drafted and Prosecuted over 500 national and international patents for national clients such as Aluminum Corporation of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Geely Group, Tsinghua Univ., Nuctech, etc.

•  Guest lecturer at Tsinghua university, teaching a course of Patent Drafting

•  Gave lectures on the topic of Patent Disclosure and Protection for inventors at companies, research institutes and university, such as GE Healthcare (China), Delphi China, Sinopec, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. (several times a year)

•  Completed internal training in Advanced Patent Drafting for all patent attorneys in China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

2011       Mr. Fan and his partners set up WISEAST;

2005-2011  Mr. Fan joined China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. and worked as Patent Attorney, Deputy Director of Mechanical Department and Director of Foreign Filing Department;

2002-2005  Mr. Fan stepped into Intellectual Property field and worked in a patent firm as Patent Engineerand then Patent Attorney.
